ABSTRACT This research aimed to compare pre and post experiment level of pain in the neck and shoulder and to compare knowledge before and after the introduction of pain in neck and shoulder, meridian channels point and acupressure points technique. The study sample were selected by purposive sampling, including 45 participants that pain in neck and shoulder from the Buddhist medicine camp at Suanpanaboon 2 Cha-uat district, Nakornsithammarat province. This research was designed as pre-experimental research, one group pre-test and post-test study experiment. The study instruments was the applied acupressure meridian channels points technique on the arms of pain in neck and shoulder program and the data were collected by pain assessment form and knowledge questionnaire that was developed by researcher. Data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and paired-samples t-test. The results revealed that : The pain score in neck and shoulder of participants was at low level (X=1.73, S.D.=1.16) after acupressure meridian channels points on the arms compared with those before the experiment which was at midd

le level (X=5.31, S.D.=1.84). The level score of pain in the neck and shoulder of the participants after acupressure meridian channels points on the arms have decreased statistically at level .05. The level score of knowledge of pain in neck and shoulder, meridian channels point and acupressure points technique were higher after introduction with a statistical significance of level .05.
