ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate (1) personal characteristics, Self-health care behaviors and social support of the elderly in Mukdahan province (2) health status of the elderly in Mukdahan province (3) the relation relating between personal characteristics, Self-health care behaviors and social support of the elderly in Mukdahan province. The sample consisted of elderly dependent of 400 persons in Mukdahan province. Data were collected using Multi-Stage sampling. Weighting and High measurement were used in BMI and questionnaire form was also used for data collection. Data analysis was performed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation Inferential statistics were used in Chi-square and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. This results revealed that: 1. The majority of participants were female (75.20%) with and average age ranging from 60 to 69 years old (50.00%). The Level of education was mostly primary school level (86.30%). Besides, yearly income is lower than 10,000 Baht (63.20%). Psychological at was high level (X= 4.27, S.D.= 0.58), which higher than Mental health status of Elderly (X=3.71, S.D.=0.68) Social support was at middle level (X=3.34, S.D.=0.74). 2. Health status of
