ABSTRACT This research aimed to compare pre and post experiment level o f pain in the neck and shoulder and to compare knowledge before and after the introduction of pain in neck and shoulder, meridian channels point and acupressure points technique . The study sample were select ed by purposive sampling, including 45 participants that pain in neck and shoulder from the Buddhist medicine camp at Suanpanaboon 2 Cha - uat district, Nakornsithammarat province . This research was designed as pre - experimental research, one group pre - test and post - test study experiment . The study instruments was the applied acupressure meridian channels points technique on the arms of pain in neck and shoulder program a nd the data were collected by pain assessment form and knowledge questionnaire that was developed by researcher . D ata analysis were f requency, percentage, mean , standard deviation and p aired - s amples t - test .
