Abstract The study has the objective of research to study the results of the comparison of knowledge , attitudes, and practices of health care before and after using three principles of online lessons and to study the satisfaction of using these lessons to modify health behavior . One group pre - test and post - test design is a quasi - experimental research . Samples were 30 persons . The three principles of online lesson consists of a healthy diet balance, walking with speed , and mood relax otion with hot and cold breathing . The tools used to collect data were the general data questionare , knowledge test, attitude, health care practice , and the evaluation of the satisfaction of online course . The finding s showed that the majority were female, 86 . 7 percent were in the age range s 40 - 49 years . F ifty percent graduated with bachelor ’ s degree a nd their knowledge before and after experiment was high . The post - test average score of knowledge ( = 29 . 53, S . D. = 0 . 86 ) was higher than before trail ( = 27 . 16,S . D. = 4 . 15 ) and the average attitude before and after the experiment is in a very good level . This study concluded that online behavior change lessons, which followed the three principles of Buddhist medicine, were appropriate to use for learning revision and apply to health behavior modification. This is an alternative choice for self-health care.
