Sandin Phumipudtho , Buddhist monk; Academic Year: 2557 Abstract This research aimed to synthesis The Model of Morality Development Youths Using Noble Eightfold Path Method Based on Phupha Fanam Practice of The Asoke . The specific objectives of a studying are : 1) The current behavior and thinking of Youths 2) To describe the Noble Eightfold Path Method Base on Phupha Fanam 3) To analyze the effect of the PhuPhaFanam’s approach on the behavior and thought of Youths. The target group were 23 Youths in the care of Phupha Fanam and 37 informants of Phupha Fanam’s education procedure. This research methodology is qualitative method, using a participatory observation, collecting data by formal and informal interviews with the sample and focus groups. The inductive conclusion was used to analyze and conclude data. The results were found that: 1) The lifestyle of youths were followed by the Phupha Fanam’s Gurus and daily schedule of Asoke . The current behavior of youths: There were a few case of the youths who breaking the precepts. The current thought/aspect of youths: The yout

Coexistence between Youth and Guru, Practice on The five precepts in all activities of the Asoke’s routine schedule, Evaluation on oneself, Synthetic with cleric, Acceptance of punishment on oneself when break the rules 3) The result of the practice development : The Target’s youths can be developed their behavior and their view of all factors about 100% Synthesized on the system model as follows: 1. Input: The youths agreed to join the Asoke’s practice 2. Environment: The Asoke’s Bunniyom culture. 3. Process: 3.1) The concept of Noble Eightfold Path 3.2) Sub-processes: (1) The coexistence between Youth and Guru (2) The behaving of five precepts in daily life. (3) The evaluation of five precepts practice in every day by oneself. (4) Synthetic and examine one’s virtuous viewpoint with clerics.
