ข 6206323 : แก้วเกื้อกูล กล้าจน ชื่อวิทยานิพนธ์ : รูปแบบการพัฒนาค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์ กรณีศึกษา: มูลนิธิแพทย์วิถีธรรม แห่งประเทศไทย หลักสูตร : วิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการคอมพิวเตอร์และสารสนเทศ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รศ.ดร. คริชณะ ฉิมมณี บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์ ของมูลนิธิแพทย์วิถีธรรม เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยมีการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัญหาและบริบทค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 30 คน และร่วมกันหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม 13 คน ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย นักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง ระยะที่ 2 การสนทนากลุ่มร่วมกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่เป็นจิตอาสาแพทย์วิถีธรรม จ านวน 9 คน เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์และน าไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มทดลองที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง จ านวน 92 คน ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 17 คน เครื่องที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์ มูลนิธิแพทย์วิถีธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ กระบวนการด าเนินการใช้แนวทางวงจรบริหารงานคุณภาพ (PDCA) เครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการติดต่อสื่อสารและการประเมินผล ผลการทดสอบ พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมมีความพึงพอใจต่อค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์โดยรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด (= 4.67) การเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพค่ายสุขภาพออนไลน์ด้านสุขภาพร่างกายและด้านจิตใจ พบว่า หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการประเมิน พบว่า ด้านความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.48) และมีความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่ส

Prof. Krishna Chimmanee, Ph.D. Abstract The objective of the research is to develop a model of online healthcare camp of Buddhist Dhamma Medicine Foundation of Thailand. The research methodology is a mixed method. It was divided into 3 phases. The first phase was to study the problems and contexts of the online health camp from the sample group of 30 people. The focus group discussion consisted of 13 participants. The second phase was discussions with a group of 9 qualified participants to develop the model and try it out with the target group of 92 people selected by purposive sampling. The third phase was the evaluation of the online health camp model. The target group consisted of 17 experts who had knowledge and experience, selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were a test, a questionnaire, focus groups discussion records, and analysis of the contents. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired sample test and content analysis. The results revealed that there are 5 elements of the model of online healthcare camp of Buddhist Medicine Foundation of Thailand: principle, objective, process, information technology network and communication and assessment. The results showed that the comparison of the attitude toward the efficiency of the online health camp on the physical and mental health found after the training was higher than before the training with statistical significance at .05 level. The results on the evaluation found that the suitability is at the maximum level and has the practical possibility at the maximum level.
